How do I place an order?
Ordering with Holland Health Support goes fast. Our ordering process consists of 4 simple steps.
- You select an article.
- You place the item in your shopping basket.
- If you have an account, you can log in here. If you do not want an account then you can continue without an account and enter your name and address.
- You choose the way you wish to pay.
You check that everything is correct: name and address details, correct articles, correct quantities and the desired payment method. After accepting the conditions you can complete your order. You can now pay.
When will my order be delivered?
The delivery time of the items is indicated in the shop and on the order confirmation. As a rule, orders placed on working days before 3.00 pm will be delivered the next day, unless stated otherwise. Different delivery times apply on national holidays. If you place an order on a national holiday, it will be processed the next working day.
How can I change/cancel my order?
Have you just completed your order and have you forgotten something? No problem! You simply create a new order for the "forgotten" item.
If you want to change or cancel your order because you do not need the articles, please contact us. As long as your order has not yet been sent, we can change or cancel it.

Creating an account on Holland Health Support
Creating an account is quick and simple and allows you to:
- Enjoy a speedier checkout process.
- Track your outstanding order and keep a record of your past transactions.
- Download your invoices in one simple click.
- Enjoy regular discounts or special offers for registered customers only.
Once you have created your account you should login for all future purchase. This will help us know who you are and help with filling out some of the booking details.
I forgot my password
If you can't remember your password, you can reset it using your email address. Tap on LOGIN at the top right hand side of the screen. Click on Forgot your password? Check your email inbox, and click the link in the email you received to reset your password.
